Hot Topics in Disability Discrimination Law: The ADAAA; Employer Defenses and Medical Marijuana.

Mr. Benezra will speak about the ADA Amendments that were effective last year; some of the things that have not changed as a result of the amendments and then talk about medical marijuana; does an ER need to accommodate a medical marijuana prescription under the ADA, and the rights of employees if subjected to termination based upon use of marijuana away from work, pursuant to a prescription.
