Boulder County Bar Association Executive Director
The Boulder County Bar Association is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all bar association activities and report directly to the BCBA Board of Directors. This is a full time position based in Boulder that requires availability to attend evening and weekend events on occasion. Preference will be given to candidates with management experience in membership associations or other types of not for profit organizations. The target start date for this position is July 1, 2017. This is a general job description of the position of Executive Director of the Boulder County Bar Association, which is subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and shall serve at the will of the Board.
The Executive Director, together with the other officers, is responsible for the effective conduct of the affairs of the Bar Association. The Executive Director’s duties include managerial and administrative functions normally associated with that of an executive director, chief administrative officer and office manager.
