About me
Jocelyn has been helping businesses and individuals with their legal needs since 2007. She attended Harvard Law School and began her law practice at the #12 nationally ranked international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Boston, MA. Her practice focused on business transactions and corporate law. In 2015 she returned to her hometown of Boulder, CO and began practicing at Kottke & Brantz, LLC. Her current practice includes real estate and estate planning work, as well as business mergers & acquisitions, corporate formation and general legal advice. She enjoys acting in the role of “in house counsel” for many of her clients – providing on-demand legal advice on a variety of topics.
