We currently have approximately 2000 extra square feet available for an office share. This includes one large executive office, reception area, small private office, and shared conference room. The office is fully furnished with rolling furniture that can be configured in a variety of ways for staff or coworking. This is an ideal situation for a membership organization as you can hold a variety of events in the space. There is also an additional 1100 square feet of patio space which is great for gathering and summer happy hours. We are very conveniently located by Iris and 28^th to give easy access to all of Boulder County.

We are offering this shared space for only $3500 per month including all utilities.  

Other options we offer are conference room rentals during office hours and full facility rentals. This would be a great location for your board meetings or events. Coworking is also available at a low monthly rate if you just need a place to meet with clients or get out of the house from time to time.
