Earl F. Henderson, PLS 34993 is President and owner of Zenith Land Surveying, Inc. in Boulder since 2004. He has been surveying for 30 years, first in Maryland, then Virginia and in Boulder for 20 years. He has been serving on the State Board of Licensure for Architects, Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors at the Department of Regulatory Agencies for the last 7 years and has been involved in numerous cases in the area as an expert surveyor. He will be talking about the importance and history of original monumentation in defining the locations of property corners.
