During this CLE, Steve Clymer and Doug McQuiston will be providing valuable tips for civil litigation attorneys preparing and presenting their case at mediation. Among the topics to be discussed will be a primer on information the mediator needs to “carry your story into the other room” and how best to prepare a client for mediation including the importance of tempering expectations, explaining the process, encouraging patience, and having an objective plan for the day. The panelists also hope to discuss the benefits and idea of “online dispute resolution.”
