Immigration Employment Law for Non-Immigration Lawyers

This program will cover requirements for lawfully hiring and employing immigrants, common types of work authorizations and ethical requirements related to inquiries about status & documents, potential issues for those employing immigrant workers, analysis of potential threats to immigrant workers from the current administration.
Jon Sirkis graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and received his doctorate in law (Juris Doctor) from the University of Colorado. He is admitted to practice in state and Federal courts in Colorado, as well as the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jon Sirkis is also the founder of several non-profit groups, including the Indie Acoustic Project.
