Please attend the Tax & Estate Planning CLE: Using Wealth Transfer Trusts to Maximize Income Tax Opportunities for Your Clients, to be held at the BCBA Offices on October 1 from 3:30-5:00 PM.

Randi Grassgreen and Scott Robinson will present on the increase to the estate tax exemption, and how subsequently clients have progressively become more focused on income tax savings strategies. This session will explore how you may use grantor and non-grantor trusts to capitalize on income tax benefits, including: maximizing the Qualified Small Business Stock Exclusion, mitigating state income taxes, increasing itemized deductions permitted pursuant to tax reform, using the older generation's otherwise unused estate exemptions to gain a step-up in basis, trust asset basis swapping and more.

Presented by Randi Grassgreen, Esq., of Crestone Capital LLC, and D. Scott Robinson, Esq., of Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP.

This CLE will be followed by a happy hour at Rayback Collective
