Please attend the Family Law CLE Presentation Judicial Perspectives on Wednesday, January 15.

Judge Patrick Butler, Judge Nancy Salomone, Magistrate Monica Haenselman, and Judge Todd Taylor from the 19th Judicial District will present on:

  • Duty to Confer CRCP 121 Section 1-15(8) prior to seeking Court action (motions to compel, discovery issues)
  • Meeting and conferral requirements for preparation of the JTMC, review of exhibits, etc per CRCP 16.2(h)
  • the 10 day in advance meeting and conferral requirement set forth in the 20th Judicial District's standard Pre-trial Order.
