MariaJose Delgado will present Child Support Updates: recent and upcoming changes in child support law from legislation and case law. This presentation will discuss changes to Colorado’s child support statutes passed by the legislature last year, case law updates impacting child support from late 2018 to the present, and what changes to anticipate in this year’s legislative session.
MariaJose Delgado is an associate attorney practicing family law at Lass Moses Ramp & Cooper, LLC. She was appointed to Colorado’s Child Support Commission in 2019, and liaises between CBA’s Family Law Section and the Commission.
