This course will cover often overlooked considerations in commercial transactions involving liquor licensed businesses.  Whether you represent an owner of a gas station who is buying a restaurant or a Colorado company licensing a trademark to a distillery in California, you need to consider state and federal laws with respect to alcohol early in the deal.
