This seminar is intended to highlight the potential for unconscious bias, unintended microaggression and other factors to negatively influence the process and outcome of mediation. The session will include useful tools that practitioners of ADR can employ to identify and ameliorate those factors, thereby improving the chances of producing a successful outcome that respects and reflects the diverse population seeking an alternative to a judicial resolution.
