• Client:  Communication, Taking Time- Ensure Understanding, Go Through the Discovery, Talking with Family as appropriate, Don't Make Promises You Can't Keep -- Remember the Client is like a drowning person, you are the lifeguard.
• Court:  Being Prepared and Being Professional, Arrive on Time or let the court/counsel know will be later in docket, interactions with client/opposing counsel are observed and noted, watch your facial expressions and body language.  Four P's and 3 No-No's
• Opposing Counsel:  Be collegial, don't assume, communicate, educate, don't make it personal
