BCBA CLE Webinar: On the Licensed Legal Paraprofessional Program

Please join us for the live webinar On the Licensed Legal Paraprofessional Program, presented by Rebekah I. Pfahler.

Rebekah I. Pfahler, Supervising Attorney of the Family & Children's Unit and Denver Domestic Intake Unit at Colorado Legal Services, will present about the Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) Program approved by the Colorado Supreme Court earlier this year.  Ms. Pfahler will provide a brief overview of how LLPs can help fill the justice gap in domestic relations proceedings in Colorado, outline the specific work an LLP can engage in once licensed under this program, and describe the proposed educational, experiential, and examination requirements for licensure.

This lunchtime program will be held from 12:00 – 1:00 pm via Zoom webinar. The Zoom link will be sent out to all registrants.
