Please join us for a live CLE webinar on the Tax & Estate Planning topic Moving from Ignorance to Terror: Engagement Letters for Estate Planners, presented by Connie Eyster of Hutchinson Black and Cook. Special thanks to our event sponsor, Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP.

A foundational part of the practice of law is accurately and ethically communicating the terms of engagement with a client.  Estate planning attorneys face unique issues in the scope of engagement as their practice routinely involves representing spouses jointly, representing family members of multiple generations, and retaining information and documents that can be valuable to families for decades.  This program will focus on the ethical and practical aspects of engagement letters for the estate planning attorney.

This lunchtime program will be held from 12:00 – 1:00 pm via Zoom webinar. The Zoom link will be sent out to all registrants.

Special thanks to our event sponsor Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP
