This event will include three separate CLE presentations, starting with a discussion on DEI led by Colorado District Court Judge Jon J. Olafson.
For the second hour, Colorado Supreme Court Justice Maria Berkenkotter and Court of Appeals Judge Craig Welling, will present on protocols in the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals.
For the final hour, several Boulder District Court judicial officers, including District Court Judges Robert Gunning, J. Chris Larson, Andrew Hartman, and Thomas Mulvahill, in addition to Magistrate Thomas Ward, will lead informative breakout sessions in civil litigation, criminal litigation, and domestic relations. You will be able to choose which breakout session you wish to attend.
