BCBA Paralegal Section Membership Lunch

Please join the Legal Staff Section for our annual lunch and “book club” discussion regarding Crucial Conversations.  Copies of the book will be provided to each in-person participant thanks to a generous donation from Mountain View Pain Center.  A synopsis is listed below, and we look forward to seeing all of you and hearing your thoughts.

"Crucial Conversations" by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan, and Al Switzler focuses on how to have effective conversations when the stakes are high, opinions differ, and emotions are strong. The book provides practical tools and strategies for navigating these challenging conversations, ultimately aiming to improve relationships and achieve better outcomes.
