This will be the first CLE Webinar presentation of a new series the BCBA is starting where attorneys outside of the area of practice that is being presented will get a brief overview. 

This program discusses the basics of immigration law for individuals that do not practice in this complex, constantly evolving area of law. The program will discuss how people come to this country, visa options, obtaining Lawful Permanent Residence (a/k/a the “green card”) and U.S. citizenship. We will also discuss enforcement of immigration laws against both employers and individuals, and options for non-citizens facing removal from the United States
